Place your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
